The Astrogrover Room

Photo Gallery Our pre-Kindergarten classroom is taught by Teacher Dawn Burgess. The goal is to prepare children to enter Kindergarten. Children work with alphabet and number recognition, creative art and manipulative games, scientific explorations and many activities that encourage problem-solving, literacy, self-help skills, positive self-image and positive attitude towards others.

The Sticky Bear Room

The Sticky Bear classroom is taught by Teacher Carla McMullin. Children in this classroom are between the ages of two and four. A typical day in this room includes Circle Time, outside play, art creation, and many other activities that nurture a healthy self-esteem for children and help in the development of physical, social, emotional, cognitive and language development.

The Gummy Bear Room

The Gummy Bear classroom is taught by Teacher Cindie Marquez. Children in this classroom are mostly two's and three's and some four-year olds. Like the Sticky Bear Room, a typical day includes Circle Time, Breakfast, Outside Play, Rest Period, Small Group Time and many other activities usually focusing on the theme for the day. Children are encouraged to participate in activities that help them develop independence and foster self-expression and creativity.
